Privacy & Cookies Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-14. DrakesCraft is a Minecraft server run by its owner (Jack / JackStar6677) from Chile. This page explains what data is processed, why, and how to exercise your rights.
1. What data we process
- When playing: your Minecraft username, UUID, IP address, connection date and time, and the log of in-game actions (blocks, chests, commands) kept by the anti-cheat and rollback systems (CoreProtect, InventoryRollbackPlus, nLogin). For non-premium accounts, nLogin stores an encrypted password (hash), never in plain text.
- On Discord: your Discord ID and name, messages in public channels and support tickets, and moderation records. The SAORI bot answers questions and may use third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to draft replies: they receive the text of your question, never your password or payment data.
- In the store: payment is processed by Tebex Limited as Merchant of Record. DrakesCraft receives only the username, the package purchased, the amount and the transaction ID; never your card details.
- On this website: technical server logs (IP, page, browser) for a limited time for security and diagnostics. In the store, the order form collects your Minecraft nick and, optionally, a contact (Discord or email) and a note, used only to handle your order.
2. Cookies and third-party services
This website does not set its own cookies or advertising trackers. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical cookies (for example __cf_bm) to mitigate bots. To display fonts, player avatars and videos, the page loads third-party resources (Google Fonts, Minotar/MC-Heads and YouTube), which may receive your IP address when loading. If we enable analytics, it will be cookie-free and will not identify individuals.
3. What we use the data for
- Running the server and community, moderating, and preventing cheating or duplication exploits.
- Delivering and auditing purchases, handling refunds and claims.
- Security: detection of multi-accounts, attacks and abuse.
4. Who we share it with and international transfers
With the providers needed to operate: server hosting (TheGameHosting), Cloudflare, Discord, Tebex and AI providers for the bot. Several of them are outside Chile (mainly in the United States), so your data may be transferred abroad to provide the service. We do not sell data or share it for advertising purposes.
5. Retention
Game and moderation logs: while the account is active and up to 12 months after the last connection, unless a sanction or dispute is open. Website technical logs: 30 days. Purchase data: as long as tax regulations require.
6. Minors
Children under 14 should only play or buy with the authorization of a parent or guardian, and Discord additionally requires meeting the platform's minimum age. If you are a parent or guardian and want to review or delete a minor's data, open a ticket on Discord.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, objection or blocking of your data, or withdraw your account, by opening a ticket on Discord (#tickets-soporte channel). We will reply within 30 days. Some moderation or purchase records may be kept while a legal obligation or dispute exists. If you believe we are not respecting your rights, you may file a complaint with Chile's personal data protection authority.
8. Controller and changes
