WE ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS
Store Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about deliveries, platforms, passes and security before acquiring your upgrade.
How and when is my purchase delivered in-game?
Delivery is 100% automated via Tebex and the Odysseia system. As soon as your payment is confirmed, ranks, kits or Dragmas are applied to the server within 1 to 5 minutes. If you're connected you'll receive effects and items live; if you're offline they'll be credited automatically when you join.
Do monthly ranks auto-renew?
No, absolutely not. DrakesCraft has no hidden subscriptions or surprise card charges. Each monthly rank (Thor, Anubis, Poseidon, etc.) is a single 30-day pass. When it expires, you decide freely whether to buy another one or keep your account free.
Can I buy if I play from Bedrock (mobile, Win10 or consoles)?
Yes, fully compatible. In the platform selector above, select Bedrock. The store will automatically add the required leading dot (for example, .YourNick) so Geyser integration delivers your purchases exactly to your Bedrock account.
Do my ranks and benefits work in all game modes?
Yes. DrakesCraft has a synchronized global permissions and economy network. Your VIP rank, progress multipliers, and Dragmas balance follow you across Slimefun, Classic, SkyBlock and OneBlock.
Does the /fly command from Hermes and Titans have a limit or consume energy?
It consumes no energy, fuel, batteries or in-game money. The /fly command granted by ranks and kits is unlimited free flight in all areas where it's enabled, permanently active for your rank duration (or for life in Titans).
What if I got my username wrong at checkout?
Don't worry, you won't lose your purchase. Every transaction generates an official Tebex order number sent to your email. Go to our Official Discord, open a ticket in #support with your receipt and staff will transfer your package to your correct account at no additional cost.
